How Savara Ratings work
A star rating for checked offers, with the reasons shown, not just a score.
A Savara Rating is our assessment of an offer once it has been checked: from 0 to 5 stars in half-star steps, with a confidence level and the reasons behind it. It is information to help you decide, not advice on what you should buy.
What we assess
- Value: what you pay compared with the normal price at source.
- What you get: what the offer actually includes.
- Real saving: how much you genuinely save.
- Who can use it: days, times, locations and eligibility.
- Clarity of terms: how plainly the terms, exclusions and expiry are stated.
- Provider reliability: the business's record, and whether it honours offers as described.
- Ease of use: how simple the offer is to redeem.
How it is scored
Each area is scored from evidence, then combined into one result using a fixed weighting that we apply to every offer, partners included. Some areas count for more than others. We keep the exact weighting private so it cannot be gamed, and we review it as the method develops.
Minimum standards
Some problems cannot be offset by scoring well elsewhere. If an offer has missing pricing, undisclosed exclusions, or cannot be independently confirmed, its rating is capped.
Confidence
Every rating carries a confidence level. High means every area was checked against a primary source, such as the partner's own terms and the price at source. Medium means some areas rely on information supplied by the partner. Low means only a limited check was possible.
Not yet rated
If there is not enough evidence to rate an offer honestly, it shows as Not Yet Rated. We would rather show no score than one it has not earned.
Independence
Commercial relationships never factor into a rating. No partner can pay for a rating, a better position or a higher score. If Savara earns a commission on an offer, that is disclosed separately and does not move the score.
Keeping it current
Every rating shows when it was last reviewed and which version of the method produced it. If you think a rating is wrong, tell us and we will review it.

Is Savara free to use?
Yes. Browsing and redeeming offers on Savara is free. There is no subscription or membership fee.
Do I need an account?
No. Savara doesn't require an account to browse or view offer details.
How do I redeem an offer?
Each offer page states exactly how to redeem it, either with a code at checkout online, or by showing the offer on your phone in person. No printing, no vouchers to lose.
Do offers expire?
Yes. Every offer has a clear expiry date listed on its page. Expired offers are removed rather than left live, so what you see is always current.
What if an offer doesn't work as described?
Contact us through the support page and we will investigate directly with the partner. Offers that don't hold up to our standard are removed.
How are offers chosen?
